So Ive gone through the whole testmode on the SD searched the file manager for password as nd also tried the factory reset. Every restart comes back up to the password screen. Any help for finding the password in the file manager or clearing up the factory reset not taking would be great. Pic of the reset attached. 

I am sure you have to use a thumb drive in the number 1 usb slot, for this to work.
