Update:  Forgot I needed to turn on VGA mode to use appradio.  It turns off carplay access till I switch it back to USB input.

I had it working last year when I hooked it up but it no longer works now.  I found that there was an issue with ios 11 but nothing that says they ever fixed it or that it works now.  Especially since ios 12 is out.

I just get a Incompatible USB ERROR or a blank black screen now.

Avic-5000NEX Firmware is 1.15 

Any help or info on this matter?
