Hello, I have the "there is no applicable application" error. My user file is empty and when I try to paste the missing information from 2013 update it gives me the option to paste but nothing paste to file or appears. Please, any assistance would be greatly appreciated !

Did you get a solution for your unit.? I have a similar issue like yours. Probably your solution might work for me too. How did you solve it.

Is that the correct model? I have the user folder for an x9310bt at http://www.mybyteideas.com/x9310bt/

No, the user is taking the shotgun approach for any ideas. See here
