I got this head unit used and installed it this last weekend. I tried searching the forum but didn't find something with the same issue. The problem I have is when you press the voice command button the prompt voice is all garbled and distorted. I have the same issue with the voice prompts from the GPS and call audio when I use my cell phone via bluetooth. Media audio sounds great. I couldn't find anything by searching the settings menus or the web/this site. Has anyone experienced this and if so were you able to fix it? I'm not sure which firmware is installed on the head unit, but I know it doesn't have the latest bluetooth firmware. That might explain phone quality issues, but not the GPS/voice prompts. Thank you!
