I am installing a Z2 in a 2004 GTO and I have a problem. After I turn the key for ignition the unit does not turn on. The screen just stays black. I checked my connections and my red accessory lead is showing 12v with a voltometer, my ground it also good, however upon testing the yellow memory battery lead I am getting .3v... should I be getting a full 12v from this lead? Thanks!

yes. check all of the fuses in your fuse panel. replace blown fuse. check for proper operation. enjoy.
