Hey all,

I have one of them cheap crap cams from ebay and it doesnt work. I am wondering what cams work well with the D3?

Please let me know brand and how much you paid for it because I want to finish my install, just need to put the working cam in. I would like a License plate cam, however 200 bucks is a bit much, so please let me know what you use...

Look at the Boyo camera's. They are on a license plate frame and work very well with the D3. They have black and silver, plastic or metal. They have several models. VTL--- 100,200,300 Search and decide how much you want to pay.

Yup, will do just fine. Hooks into the d3 camera connection. Put it on an acc wire so you can use it anytime.

I have it all wired already, so i just have to mount this, crimp , plug the rca in and boom, if all is well it will work. My cheap-o cam just scanned , not sure why it didnt work, i plugged my web cam in and that worked, so i assume that the cheap cam i got was crap!
