There's two options: xand and subSilver. Selecting either one doesn't seem to change anything. What's the deal?

I have it overridden.
SubSilver is the original/default theme. It looked like this:

Actually I like the subsilver as well.

Because I would have to re-code a lot of the features. Mostly attachments and anti-spam features.
