I loaded update it went Thur update and at end of update it stated update failed ,and boots and reboots continuously just got of phone and they said i would need to send unit in.

eject the disc then reboot if that fails try reinstalling disc.

i dont think anyone has failed completly

Also if pioneer sent the disk, call them as well... yell at them that this is happening.

Well guess what, this morning came out to my truck cranked it and ALL SYSTEMS GO. So i guess it must have to crash in order to restart as normal. Also I have the new ver. software. Sorry for the panic and hope this helps others.
