Is anyways to mod AVH-W4500NEX radio module

I live in thailand and i purchase AVH-W4500NEX with Idatalink Maestro RR

Unfortunately in thailand they use FM standard from Europe
Frequency Rage 87 - 108 MHz
250 kHz , 50 kHz step

Is there anyways to change , hack , mod or replace fm module to get Radio work like EU version
