Z2 CA-I200 ipod interface will not work...

hey guys i just had my z2 installed today, and it looks like the CA-I200 ipod interface will not work...the installers said that it looked like the pins were correct, yet it would not plug in...do you know of a problem with that, or am i using the wrong cable...

wrong cable. you need a cdib100II
