update didnt work all i get on screen is update not complete reinsert disc i did reinsert disc but still same result . i hit reset 50 times with no luck someone please help. had to take unit in for repair tried everything

Keep taking the disk in and out. or leave the disk in overnight and try it again tomorrow. Worked for quite a few people for some reason
