Ok so i just installed my sub's (2 MTX 5500 thunder 12's in a ported box) with an MTX Thunder 5302 amplifier. i wanted to know what i should make the settings on my D3 for the best audio quality.

Oh ok, because i had herd something about the settings have to be set up correctly or you might blow your subs

Not really... just don't turn the power on your amp(s) up too much for what speakers you have hooked up to them.
