i have the d3 in my 2003 silverado ss.

i put in some KAPPA462.7CFP in the rear doors., using the pac interface, and running off the bose amp.

they dont sound all that different from stock, in fact, they distort a bit. could they be underpowered?

if so, i have to find someone to profesionally install the sony amp i have for them

get rid of the bose amp. you have a 2 ohm signal going to 4 ohm speakers which means they are getting double the power and distorting at half the volume

let me rephrase that take the rr&rl output from the radio not the bose amp and put them into the high level input to the amp. whats happening is the signal from the bose amp is too strong for the sony XPLOD
