I just bought a used truck with AVIC N3. Map shows my position and moves along and GPS shows sxcellent signal. Whenever I try go to an address or POI it says "route calculation is not possible". Any ideas why this is happening or what I can do to fix it? I have tried resetting to factory settings and disk appears clean and new.

It may be your DVD's. Try downloading and burning the DVD's. I had a similar problem, it was the copied DVD's I was using. I downloaded them and burned them for myself, and it worked fine after that.

Where can you download them from?

just started happening to me too on my N3 except i cant even select a destination.
