so i recently acquired a sd nex4400 image got it installed and running problem is every time i shut the car off thee radio restarts and starts with the language selection screen. i have had the radio installed for 7 months before the sd failure and never had any issues

the person i got the file from said that it was inn the wiring i triple checked and all is fine i am thinking its in the image what do you guys think also the screen background settiings ar never saved and have to be re entered also everything he car is started along with wifi settings
