Hi all

I just bought a Z2 and wanted to check if all of the HD's freeze or just the early versions, as 1 seller on fleebay said he updated his with GXY1017 pioneer disk to fix this problem and was wondering if I should try to find this before it gets here. Thanks for any and all input about this. Jeff

Just some, and if yours does, it's an easy, free download. I wouldn't worry about it for now.

My nav froze last week. I was going to a casino in CT. Knew where I was going but wasn't paying attention to the exits. Just waiting for the nav to tell me to turn. I started to think that I had been driving for awhile. Then I realized that the nav froze about 40 miles earlier. Upgrade disk heading my way now.

I downloaded the firmware disc from this site, and happy to say it loaded, updated amnd works great! My unit has not froze since. Im a happy camper!!!
