So I have been reading the forum for three days and the information is awsome!! I have come to the conclusion that there is not a way to download the Z1 to Z2 upgrade disc. If that is true could some one please let me know. I know that you have probably heard this a hundred times but the guy at the stereo shop insist he has a set and he will do it if I buy some stuff from him. Thanks in advance.

You can make a copy of the upgrade disk all that you want. But you have to have the unlock code from Pioneer to make it work.

How much stuff does he want you to buy? If its alot, its worth it for him since he can buy the disks for less than the $250 retail and make money on everything else you are buying

all you got do do is down load the z2 image and pay like 5 buck i think to get the hardrive erased and unlocked. then you remove the lock and load the image. Its all hear read the stickies.
