who has used online vendors for purchasing z2. I'm an internet buying virgin and would like input from the forum on previous buyers. On the main page there is a seller listed, but I see various websites listing the z2 for $1269 all the way upto $2199. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I used etronics.com. They were the cheapest and nothing was wrong with the unit...perfect. I'd reccommend using them.

They had the dash kit for my CX7 too. The install for the CX7 was pretty complicated though, and I would contemplate ordering the stuff with an installer, but this was the lowest price I found anywhere.

Newegg has it for $1360 shipped, and thats about as good of an online store as you can get.
I just the Z2 from eTronics. I love that site and have used them several times before. Almost always have the best price.
I bought most of the modules from Crutchfield.

Before you buy from anyone online, you need to call Pioneer and make sure they will honor the warranty. Pioneer has it in writing regarding internet purchases. They do honor Crutchfield. Don't ask who you're buying from, ask Pioneer!
