I have the N2 and with the p10 xm/Nav traffic box... I hate the one line Xm Radio display. Can I add the p920 to get a better display of the Xm Channel, Artist ECT?

No, the limitation is in your deck, not the xm boxes. Upgrade to an N3 or N4 and your current XM tuner will give you the better display
