hey guys i bought a PIONEER CD-SR1 STEERING WHEEL REMOTE and the problem i'm getting is that the botton for voice comand and hang up phone are not working. Do i have a bad unit?

either the unit is bad or not programmed correctly. Call pioneer tech support.
