Discrete IR codes

I have a SWIX interface and have used a remote from an older Pioneer to program it. This has worked fine but I'm missing the voice button, and I think a couple of others.

I have searched the net without any luck and been told by Pioneer that Japan have not released the discrete codes for the AVIC devices.

If anyone out there has the the ability to record the IR codes from their remote (using something like girder and a UIRT for example) and post them that would be much appreciated.

Why don't you just borrow a newer remote from a dealer? They haven't changed the codes in 10+ years

I live in Australia. The only remote available here is the CD-SR100 which is an accessory for the normal cd/dvd players. It does not have the voice command button and has fewer buttons in total compared to the SR1 or SR11 you have in the US.

I agree that the codes have not changed for many years, but which one have they used for the voice command? I have tried a couple of remotes without finding it.

I could wait for the newer remotes to come out over here but it might take a long time, if ever.

I don't currently have the discrete codes on hand, but I can get them when I find the time (there are many, many codes). I can let you know when I get them.

That would be great, thank you :)
