Do some one knows if any other brand map whorks on a D3 model for a Brazil Map

I'm fairly sure it will only work with the map data provided on Pioneer disks

Is there any way to make a copy of Pioneer discs but input the maps archive from Garmin ? extension .KWI ? or other brand with this extension ?

I couldn't even imagine how much work it would be to get something like that to work... especially since they're supplied by two different companies they probably don't use the same directory system. But good luck with that.
