My wife has XM in her Infiniti that I pay for and she never uses. I just bought and installed the D3 into my 07 Tundra. What do I have to do to get the XM service to my D#? Do I have ot buy anything else? If so, what would that be?

Thanks for answering what, in hindsight, looks to be a stupid question.

You will need buy the pioneer xm radio kit. When you get the kit, simply plug it into the D3 or daisy chain it if you have other modules. When you get the kit, call up XM and tell them that you want to transfer your subscription over to the new unit.

Thanks for your prompt help. This is as helpful a forum as I have ever been on. Lotsa good info here. Might hang around a while. (and just read, I can't imagine I could ever be much help to anyone). :P

the best part is that they usually never actually shut off the old unit when you transfer subscriptions. so your wifes unit may still work as well
