I just installed my review camera, and I have video when I am in reverse but not when I put it in the rear mode, so I would be able to watch a trailer or such. Can anyone help with this.

sounds like your reverse wire is powering your cam, put it to a acc wire instead

no wire the camera power to that and the reverse wire to your head unit.

ok, so basically I am taking power from something that is only on when I press the pedal, to power that is on when the ignition is on. But keep the reverse signal wire the way it is?
