I have had an avic n-1 for a couple of years. about 3 weeks ago my unit could not lock on to any satellites. everything else works. the problem comes and goes but for the past few days it has been unable to find any satellites. does this sound like a dead gps antenna or something else. can i get a generic antenna or do i need to find a pioneer one?

I'm also having the same problem with my n1. It says my gps antenna is connected however I get zero satellites now. Did you ever figure out if it was your antenna?
