I dont know if it is unlocked, upgraded gb, or updated. I have 125 full cd's and it reads 46%. Any signs of knowing if it has been updated?

use MHDD to check. Look in the hacks forum to see how. You will need to buy an adapter to connect the HDD to your PC.
Either way I doubt its unlocked.
