Hi,

I've noticed a few others having this issue, but I wasn't sure what the clear answer was.

My XM presets are erased every time I shut off my truck. I'm assuming it has something to do with the power wire. Does the XM module need constant power...or just ACC?

I was hoping that I just didn't know how to use the presets, but it looks like I made a rookie mistake...and will need to rip apart my dash once again

Constant power, or it will lose it's memory every time you shut off the car.

The unit powers on and off via a signal from the D3 over the IPBUS cable rather than the power wire being switched.
