I have had the AVIC Z1 installed and running good now for over a year. I need to find my XM receiver ID. I have gone to the menu location but it displays there is NO XM connected, and this is while I'm listening to Top Tracks on the radio.

Anyone know the problem? I turned the unit off/on a few times and still no XM receiver ID or any recognition by the system that XM even exists all while I'm listening to XM radio.

Any help will be appreciated.

Isn't it on channel 1 or 0 or something?

Just curious - which XM tuner do you have? Is it a Pioneer or one of the Terk XMD's with the adapter module. Thanks !
