Does anyone know how to rip a CNDV-70 so it will fit into a DVD5?

 

There are two reasons why I need this:

- I can't find any stores nearby that have duallayer DVDs and they are also expensive to experiment with.

- I want to try customize the DVD so that I can put several POIs into the DVD. Today I need to load the POI with speedtraps from a CD-R and the memory can only hold 300 POI so it would be great if I could put them on the navi DVD instead!

 

So what I infact need to know is how to find out what IDX files I can remove and still have the map from my country
