I recently took a trip between the Bay Area and LA. My navigation was set to my destination. I would be traveling most of the way on I-5. Knowing where i'm traveling, is there a way to search for a specific restaurant, fast food chain, on the the route i'm taking. The 3 mile vacinity search doesnt really work on long trips. I was looking for the next In 'n Out restauarnt on my path but could not find how to look it up. Any ideas?

No, only the z series sorts by distance.

Your only real chance is if you knew what city it was in, then you could do a POI search and enter the city name first

i'm really upset with the D-3. Definately does not work as well as the D2. Anyone else having similiar problems?

I had a D2. The nav works exactly the same as the D2 did...but my D3 does EVERYTHING else better
