Hi Guys and Gals,

I just installed my new D3 (w/bluetooth and xm) and I am having a problem with my ipod. I can control the ipod just fine but I get no sound at all. I get sound from normal radio stations, so it's not any speaker connection issue.

Please help if you can. Thanks

Could be a faulty ipod cable.

I found the problem, it was the ANT CNTRL setting. Thanks anyway. I'm sure I will have more questions.

You failed to mention you were using external amp(s), man! I would have suggested that right off the get-go. Anyway, you should have used the remote turn on lead on the RCA output harness instead of the power antenna lead on the power/speaker harness, because it's on all the time regardless of the active source. But it's not really a big deal if you've already hooked it up that way and changed that setting in the menu.

I wasn't really thinking of remote amps because my car has a built in external amp and just connected it with the wiring harness adapter.
