Anyone have a useable backup for a AVIC-F90BT?

Good morning! I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out with a problem I am encountering with my Pioneer head unit. I need to do a complete re flash of the os. I was hoping someone may be able to share a useable backup for this unit, or point me in the direction of where I may be able to find one . Thanks in advance!

if you still need, i just finished rebuilding a bricked AVIC-F90BT.. i could back it up and send you a copy?

How you need to reflash?

I have an F77 that needs a reflash of the internal card. I also have a doner F70 with a working card. How would I go about copying the good card, to a new card, without the use of the head unit (preferably on a windows based laptop!)

Failing that, Could I copy the entire contents to a new sd card using the working head unit?
