My n1 screen just suddenly stopped opening. It still makes the noise when you push the open button, but the screen doesnt budge. I tried resetting it and the problem still remains. Flex ribbon cable problem or what??

probably that, or those shitty plastic gears they used in the N1. either way your gonna have to send it to pioneer

gears probably went bad....thats funny cause it happened to mine this week too....ive pulled it out and pushed it up and set it to manual close flap it seems to retract fine just not open....see if you can just pull it out and leave it up
