So I just put in my GEX-P10XMT, red not used, yellow constant, black good ground then the IP bus cable plugged into the out (black) on the box then the ip bus in on my D3

I just got my XM working fine, i have nav traffic on my plan. the XM updated fine but the navtraffic does nothing. if i go to the XM status in the traffic tab on my d3 it says that theres no singal and its not connected. i called up XM and they told me they were going to resend the signal, but to put the navigation map screen on for 20 minutes, just came back and still nothing.

help?

Did you plug in the data cable on the D3 and the XM tuner?

this is the same exact problem I am having with my d3 with the navtraffic. I have the ip bus cable plugged into the back of the d3 and the xm tuner. I didnt connect the red wire as instructed. Everything the xm works fine, but the navtraffic does nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

nevermind i figured out the problem, I didnt have the data cable plugged in.
