Bluetooth BTB200 and Voice Prompts

I have a D3 with the IPod adapter, P920XM and the B2B200 Bluetooth. For voice dialing, none of the prompts from the phone (two phones, both on Verizon, latest a Motorola W285) do not play the prompts from the phone on voice commands.

Pioneer tech support claims voice prompts will not play, period. Voice promprts play fine through my bluetooth headset (using the Headset profile), and through the Motorola Handsfree adapter, using the HFP (hands free profile), which is supposedly what the B2B200 implements.

Does anyone have the phone voice command prompts playing through their system, and if so what provider and phone model works?

I have a similar setup, when I select bluetooth stereo on my D3 and hold down the voice dial on my moto q it plays perfect. If I voice dial from the bluetooth phone it doesn't work, the prompts are VERY faith and you need to crank up the volume to hear them, but even then you can't understand.

I have messed around with the user handsfree for standard audio both checked and up checked and it make no difference. I have even tried to install just the hands free and not the bluetooth stereo but didn't work either.

I gave up.

I'm having the same issue: The CD-BTB200 and AVIC D3 are muting the voice dialing prompts from my Motorola RAZR V3m (Sprint) to nearly inaudible levels. If I turn the AVIC volume all the way up to maximum, I cann just about BARELY hear the voice prompts -- their so faint, I almost think they're coming from the bluetooth box behind my dash (directly) and not the speakers (haha).

The phone *is* hearing me and asking me things ("did you say 'Call Jim" or whatever), but the prompts are just not audible.

Once a call starts, the ringing and conversation volume is fine and everything works great.

The phone is otherwise working great with the AVIC (e.g., phone book totally transferred in one shot, no other issues, sound is great, etc.). Even for voice dialing here, it *IS* properly having its voice dial mode activated when I touch the "Voice" button on the AVIC's touchsceen.

Here's a post online where a guy says he has the same issue, and that he called Pioneer -- who told him this is a known issue, but that they really don't have any plans on fixing it or issuing a software fix:

So, I have to physically pick up my phone and look (while driving) to see if my cell phone properly guessed who I asked to call, or if it's asking me something else!!!
