Hi all,

just fitted my D3 with bt finally and completely love it in almost everyway.

Except.

the bloody touch tones are getting on my nerves.

Is there a way to turn off the tones or at least reduce the volume.

The bloody "ding" is doing my head in!

yes, turn guide tones off

Just turn it down in the settings menu

nav---------------menu-------------------settings-----------------volume--------------------------beeps volume-------------turn it down or off.

It didn't occur to me to look in nav settings because the tone occurs in any setting, not just navigation.

This will make the unit practically perfect, if only I could get it to batch upload my phone book from my LG viewty, but its not going to happen!
