Anyways i have read and seen some videos on youtube where owners made their own custom backgrounds that had their car logo on. Is there a program to make this and if so, then how do i get it on my unit once i created one?

Now i need to call my insurance company to make sure its covered. I live in a decent neighborhood but work sorta near the ghetto side. After my old truck got broken into in a front parking spot at SEARS and stole my shotgun,pistol that was locked under seat and another junk gun. I come to the conclusion that if a thief wants something they will doanything to get it.

You can make the backgrounds in any old image creating program, even MS Paint. They're just JPEG images.

To get them on the unit, you just burn them onto a blank CD, put it in the drive, and load them in. The instructions for doing it are in the manual, and it's pretty detailed.

There are a TON of backrounds people have made for different vehicles. Check the custom background board there's a few huge topics full of them. Chances are there are a few there you could use if you don't want to make your own.

How to add backgrounds to the deck. I saw this post first. After I did a brief search I found a couple hundred threads on it though.

I ordered it tuesday morning around 6a.m. CT and got it that next monday. I think it may have taken a little longer bc the shipping address was different then my billing. They say this def. slows down the process.
