I have a pioneer avh 5700 and i want to upgrade to the avic d3. Would i still need to get a new wire harness? I know i have to get a new dash bezel for my car. But im not sure what else i need, i have a 2006 dodge charger se w.o navi.

The D3 comes with a harness. Just cut off your old Pioneer one and match the new one to the colors where it was

oh ok, so i wouldnt need to order anything special besides a new bezel? i dont think i need a new dash kit cuz i had to buy 1 for the radio. sorry if this has been asked to death i just want to make sure. because im probably going to get it soon and i want to install it myself. cuz i dont trust any car audio place, got 2 many horror stories with bby and cc.

You'll need the factory navi bezel, which I'm guessing you already knew that. You will also need a 99-6510. The oem nav screen is much bigger than double din. The 6510 will mount the avic with no gaps, actually looks pretty damn good too.
