The US is behind in most tech... if I get one from japan and put the US map dvd in it do you know if it will work here?
No, the reason we are so far behind is the size of japan. Its smaller than CA and there isn't much room left to build. That means nearly everything has been mapped out already. I read they even have 3D views where the buildings resemble the actual buildings including height over there. Nobody will ever spend the time and money to do that here because there is too much ground to cover and it changes too quickly
