Here is a strange one. My sub only produces sound when FM is selected. If I have XM, CD or a song on the library, no sound comes out of the sub. Please Help

u hooked up ur power antena wire insted of ur remote wire
there is 2 blue wires read the manual next time or search

you can change this in the setup screen, so there's no need to take the unit out of the dash.

Can you tell me how to accomplish this without pulling out the unit? I had the unit professionally installed and really don't want to go back to them.

It doesn't sound like it was that "professional" of an install. You can go into the menu and change the ant control to always on. It will work like the remote turn-on.
