I have noticed that from time to time when I do a P.O.I search on the D3 I will get locations from different provinces and have to scroll through a list to get the location close to me. This also has happened when I enter a street name in the address search. I will get streets with that name in other provinces even though I put in the city. Is there a way to set the search so that it only shows results with-in my province or city?

Also, is there a way to disable the auto complete when entering street names?

1. Best thing to tell you is to enter the city name first if you know it. Other than that, nothing else you can do. What I do is skim through the list looking for only the ones in my state.

2. No. Reason is that if the place you are looking for is not stored in the units list of POI's, it will not come up. This way, you can't search for something that is not on the POI list.
