No, it won't work on your unit. This is a patch update, not an upgrade to Z140 software form Z110/120.

WOW.. THanks for this becuase I was definately about to try this.    I too Have a 110-130bt that I would like to step here up a bit also.

My F10bt got updated thanks to ShortFuse to F20bt and now thanks to StefanSKI it got updated to F30bt with 2011 european maps and main app in less than 35minutes.

Ok how were you able to this this? Im currently in italy and would love to use or fix this Quoted procedure to a US version of the 130 of I guess the opposite to your F30t set up... But the sd1 and sd2 files only made my unit to a 3.001 or what ever us version instead. the 2.004 file attached is what in referencing after downloading a 31 part claimed EU .rar torrent... quoted in the CNSD-210FM European SD Card download (2011) post.. please advise

Did you install the US CNSD-110FM upgrade? (Makes Z110 -> Z120) Why? The EU one won't install over it. Now you'll have to go through it all over again with the EU CNSD-210FM, or install the EU version of CNSD-310FM using the hack dicussed in that thread (which is a totally different way to install the cracked file).

Can you expoun on the route your are mentioning? I can just edit or crack the eu 210fm but with what file? And 310fm eu can be found where?

I don't know what this 31 part RAR is that you are referring to, so I can't help with that. Good luck.

No Not the 110... I nstalled the 31 part eu torrent It made my unit a 130bt with 3.00 an 3.001 with 3.10 BT... I still have american mapthough>.>. Are you saying I should did the 2.00 whatevet thats cracked then do the cnsd eu ?

I got my F10bt(updated to f20bt with CNSD-110fm thanks to ShortFuse!) updated to F30bt (2011 maps+app) with CNSD-210fm thanks to StefanSKI (providing fake update to 2.004).

 

Everything works perfect - Bluetooth updated to 3.22 from 3.11 (first with SD1 of CNSD-210fm to 3.10 from previously installed 3.11 and after to 3.22 with sd2)

Good day everyone... I recently did some updates and I think ended up grabbing or hacking the wrong folder I made. I have the EU torrent downloaded but updated my Z110bt to a 3.00 and 3.11 BT.. Now as stated earlier, will I be able to hack the eu or the current version I have with the 2.004 and update to the EU maps? or will I have to go back to a 1120bt version and then drop in the eu maps? Please advise.

A minor point- you can't go US Z110 -> EU Z110. You must do it as part of the EU Z120, Z130, or Z140 software upgrade (CNSD-110FM or CNSD-210FM or CNSD-310FM). Besides the EU maps, the biggest change you'll notice is the iPod player look-and-feel is totally different. I actually like the old Z110 better.

Ok I gotthe unit to Z120Bt wit the sidelining menu... now the 31 part rar file should be downloaded to drop the Craked files in them to load in the avic am I right?

Wow.. finally got this to work... Ok folks with all the folder this and that just make sure you move over the BTfolder in SD2 to the new hacked file and do both... works great and I Have a Z120BT.... Now on to EU maps Give thnxs guys...

Due to the fact is ive been on this forum for the past couple months and was able to get my z110bt to 1.001 and dats it.. the short fuse procedures is all scattered also for It seems that the cracks are avail for more than one upgrade too, or I am wrong?

we need to know the best hacks and or upgrade for the z110bts and the general progress ion of hacks and upgrades.

For example Im in Italy with the stateside z110bt and would like to upgrade PLUS load the eu maps while im out here.

Reading thru here it states to short fuse a 30 piece torrent and that has 18 pages of questions and no clear up procedures and or suggestions.

The directions are in the 1st post and pretty easy. you have to update the patch/crack 1st so that you can update it to the new one. Its the same as the euro version. And it can be done with one sd card but you're going to have to do it 1 at a time. What i did was take the folders/files within the sd1 card folder and put it in the sd card. update it and then erased everything on and did the same with the bluetooth update.

I failed at this... the card insert with the 210fm does not load.

this is after the 3 days of torrent it unzipping or what ever to the avic folder blah blah.

loaded it on sd and then replaced the files wit short fuse files as the read me now file says and it does nothing.

I have 1.001 short fuse installed last week. and thought it was ready to accept another hacked file. Oh also I tired this wit the eu file also .

so am I doing this wrong and need to upgrade in season with updates or will each update need a specific hack?

In the post of mine you quoted, I believe the point I was addressing was that I loading the EU CNSD-210FM on to a US Z110 or Z120 doesn't completely turn it into an EU Z130 (or whatever that model is called). For example, no auto-eq support.

 

I do remember seeing posts of US units being converted to a different continent (EU or AU), but I don't have any specific experience doing it - or what other usability problems you might have after loading the EU firmware.

Yes thanxs for the reply... I wanted to just change my Z110Bt to eu. I will be trying it. im downloading the cdsd 31 parts tonite. the unit is already hacked to 1.001 yesterday.

If you had a Z110 or Z120, you could very likely update it to the EU v3.0 software/maps.

 

I would also point out that the CNSD-210FM (US or EU) upgrade does not turn an older model into a Z130 or F30BT. The hardware is different. The upgrade adds a few new features and updates the maps. If you did find a way to force the update to load the EU upgrade on a Z130BT, you would likely loose some of the features like auto equalization.

As stated above are you sayin to follow the instructions to make an US spec Z110Bt currently running version 1.001 hack with 2.5 Bluetooth.

To update to EU maps since Im stationed in italy.... but downloading the 30 peices and hack that too and then moke ot stage 2.003 thane 2.004 thru the eu stuff? Im not tryin to go to Z130Bt I would like the maps and updates EU version at the least

Did the moves on the SD cards and loaded it in unit. Update started and completrd but the vesion still say 1.000. . Is there something wrong or is there another option ot look at for the version numbers.

I have a stateside Z110bt Im trying to load the EU map while Im stationed here in Italy.

I have the EU version being downloaded and should be finished today.

So since this thread has been up for the past 2 years , should we be downloading updated cracks and or pioneer versions to crack?
