IDT please help me undo an error that I made.

I setup the MAP_NT folder and put the basemap in just like the instructions stated. Everything was working great and I liked it.

Then I thought I would just take a look at these navtec maps, it said to let it restart and that is all it does now. It boots up to the big three Icons with the system starting up screen laid out across it and stays there for a few minutes, the it shut down and does the same stuck start up again & repeats.

Please help I do not really care about the navtec maps but I would like to have the regular parts working again.

Is there a start up file somewhere that needs to be edited to tell it to use the teleatlas maps?

I now know there are missing file but I just want to repair the startup

I made a back up of my 2 Month old X910bt, so I could do some simple mods. Well stupidly I overwrote those.

Anyone willing to share there factory backup? I will buy a beer or margarita.

When I go to system info to see what versions I have, I see something that says 2.000000ect

How do I know that I have the latest maps and system files? Can someone share the numbers or a screen shot?

Where do I find this data file? It does not appear in the links from pg40.

I put some AVI's on my wife's F700bt and it plays them ----- no mods installed.

Even though Magic ISO did not show the files correctly (several were 0KB) I still used it to make a new ISO from a working 70MT - then I used ISO Commander (most any that can edit the ISO should work) to delete and move my files in I even added several extra ones to the DIN folder to see if it would work, It does. Then burnt the regular ISO back to a DL disk with Alcohol 120. Now my wifes Astro has its own custom opening screen and backgrounds.

Magic ISO's file once completed looked fine with files sizes and all directories.

Looks like I have about a GIG of wasted space guess I will make another with more backgrounds.

Did mine and it works great, just don't care for what you have to go through to use your own BG screens.
