Installed the 2012 maps Bluetooth firmware no problem on 2013 update and everything works. Phone, Pandora, Bluetooth. Bluetooth does not display what is playing, but it works.

Yep, me too. Z130bt was running fine with 2012 maps bluetooth firmware. Updated to 2013 maps firmware and the exact same issue you are describing happens. Not only in Pandora, but Aha or any bluetooth media audio.

I am trying to find a 2012 maps bluetooth firmware file to see if it will update (downdate) downgrade succesfully.

I see Lollipop and bluetooth problems are everywhere on many devices and phones.

For the nag removal I could not find 000BEBFC on the z130bt

I used 000BEBF0

Worked perfect, No more nag.

Also did the remove backup camera message, no stupid message on the screen anymore, All very nice!
