Everything was working fine and then stopped. When I try and make a phone call it connects and the person on the other end can hear me but I can't hear them.

Then after about 10 seconds the call disconnects. The calls come through fine on my iPhone XS Max, but not on the bluetooth of the AVIC-8000NEX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I would like to do:

When I hit the mode button screen goes to black.

This is where I would like the photo to show.

I set speed limit alert to 130% . It still goes off sometimes but

A great reminder.

I know about the slide show but that's not what I am looking for.

When you first put the unit on you can have it show your own JPEG. I would to have

that show up like a screen saver when I am not using the navigation or music.

It's probably not possible but I thought I would ask.

Is there a way when you are not using any of the functions to

have the screen just show a photo instead of the home screen?

You got me curious so I checked.

Mine is instant. As soon as I start the car I

put it in reverse and rear view is there.

8000 NEX was installed today and so fare it is great. However, I accidentally set a favorite and I 

don't want it to show up. How can I delete a favorite?

Then I wonder why you don't have to do it with the Cadillac CUE system.

It is the screen that as soon as you go to "Navigation" you have to agree to the statement before you can see the map.

This is the screen when you first turn the car on. So every time you get in the car you have to agree before you can use navigation.

This becomes a pain if you are in and out of your car frequently.

I am having my 8000NEX installed on Friday and am wondering if there is any way

to bypass the navigation "agree page". I just purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS and

I go directly to navigation, there is not an "agree" page at all
