Can you tell me which download to use? So far I haven't done any downloads to my system at all. I want to make sure i do the correct one. Thanks.

I know this is a issue that keeps coming up, but i just want to make sure it works before i upgrade to the iphone 5s. I have a avic-z140bh and haven't done a upgrades or anything to my system. But I am going to get the new iphone 5s and want to make sure that the upgrade or download that they have will work with my phone. Anyone please help. Thanks
