Being an F60BT user myself, I can can say half the features dont work as advertised. Maps are incomplete, no CarPlay, no MirrorLink and no AppRadio. Worst, the company is unwilling to provide a firmware update that would fix these issues. Horrible after sales support from Pioneer India.

Pioneer India really need to release a firmware update. This is just not acceptable that they sell this product a  premium price tag and do do any after sales support.

Is it possible to update AVIC F60BT(India) with AVIC F60DAB? The reason I want to do this is Pioneer India wont release a firmware update for CarPlay, so I'm looking for alternatives. I'm not sure but I think hardware wise both models are the same. I'm not bothered with losing my local map content after the update, just want to get CarPlay working. Is there anyway of force updating?

Does anyone know how to get Carplay working for AVICF60BT (India)?

There is no firmware update available on Pioneer's official website.

AVICF60DAB which has identical hardware already has Carplay available, but it's not available for AVICF60BT.

Any help is appreciated.
