heads up if you didn't notice but there was a firmware update for the x0xx yesterday. doesn't look like anything major

so i was wondering and i am sure this has already been thought of, but if you have have gotten x1xx running on x0xx with the exception of bluetooth, what about the update bluetooth option in the head unit? like could you flash the modded firmware then use the factory firmware and run the update bluetooth option and pull in the original bluetooth files?

yeah i'm not afraid to be a guinea pig on a 4000 upgrade 

this is really cool and i hope you are able to get it all working. what are the odds that if there was a mirrorlink update to the 4100 that that could be cooked into your custom work?

i figured my issue out. the volume on the phone was switched off for the media mode. 

you ever get this figured out? mine started doing the same thing when using mhl mode.  if i switched to bluetooth mode it would work right. switch back to mhl and still broke.
