  3. Hello dudes!

I have an 04 G35 coupe auto that I just bought YESTURDAY (IM SO HAPPY). So I need to remove my old speakers, amps, wires, subs from the car that I used to drive (03 Coupe auto) to THE NEW one! If anyone willing to help me out, please private message me! I live in Chantilly of Northern Virginia near DC Metro area.. I could've done this myself but I don't have the tools! HELP ME

  4. Hey, any of you guys know the VSS wire for the 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe?

For some reason my arrow is facing one direction and never changes (facing straight)..

Also, does the D1 only have one spot for a CD? Because I tried to put my backup CNDV-70MT East disc and it doesn't update for some reason.. I'm thinking there is already a disc in there because I can use the NAVI WITHOUT the disc.. WEIRD..........................

And the disc works because I tried it on the AVIC-80DVD and it updated perfectly fine.. Any ideas?

  5. Yeah, I've been playing around with the D1 and I saw the REAR view camera icon so I believe it works either way.... We didn't finish the install YET but hopefully this weekend we'll open up everything again and just finish it up..

    SLIM PS2

    Swi-pac

    Rear deck speakers

And had few questions but i'll ask another time since my girl JUST called me.. haha pc

  6. 3rd day today where my boy and I will finish the installation. One thing though, we have a rear view camera to deal with so I was wondering how to set it up.. He told me that we'll just hook it up with the reverse lights, but wouldn't that only cut on the D1 if and only if it's in reverse? Confused if this will be able to turn on when you check up on the rear view camera while traveling forward.... I really wanted to put a switch because I feel bad about buying it from eBay (hey man, it was a good price!) So another way I saw in other threads was to connect the RED to ACC, Black to Ground, and head unit's reverse to vehicle'z reverse, correct? Where to put the switch?

Also, where and what color is the VSS wire for the 2003 Infiniti G35 Auto Coupe?

    Thanks

  7. I saw something related to my question in a post and tried to search on many treads but couldn't find it anywhere. Well, here it goes.. I have a CD-IB100II for the iPod and hate to scroll from the headunit, if I open up the device, which wire do I have to cut in order to control directly from the iPod?

    Thanks

  8. Great, takes some burden off my pocket (I guess).. Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting a REAR-view camera for my car (03 G35 coupe). Never had one or tried it, so it will be my first experience.. I'm stuck between just a camera that will be drilled in or a licence plate one.. Which one do you prefer? :?

Hmm, here is one that I see on eBay.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... :IT&ih=002

I couldn't really find one on Pioneer website, I'll just call them later on to see what they price it at!

  9. Hey, thanks for the quick response brotha. I'll get on finding a new one then! Also, my brother in law works at NISSAN and thats where he got this from. He brought me just the D1 with the RCA's sticking out, nothing else (no gps in wires, no IP BUS in, etc) which wires do I need? Because I can get the wires from my other headunit, AVH-P6500DVD.

  10. Hi, new to the forums and the AVIC-D1.. I'll be getting it installed sometime this week. I had a quick question since I don't have the power supply. Will the power supply work from the AVIC-80DVD or AVH-P6500DVD to the D1? The only wires coming out of my D1 right now are the RCA. Do I need anything else besides the power supply wires? Thanks in advance guys!
