Working on F930bt

nvm, its working.

Changed only on prg1 because i have user/prg.flg

if USER\PRG.FLG file exists you have to patch USER\PRG1\APL\Navi.exe.

 

Hex edit navi.exe 6.0 @ offset BEC64 0500000A -> 0000A0E1

Thats it?

Edit navi.exe from prg1 if user/prg.flg exists?

Personally I would not do this as you are then effectively rolling back any bugfixes/enhancements made to the 2015 version.

Did you only changed prg1? Or both?

Its not working on my f930bt 2015 maps.

I still get warning ad startup.

I can confirm this works on the F30BT.

 

As per above, the process I followed was:

 

1. Run 'supertestmode' from a freshly formatted (FAT32) SD card.

2. Copy RenewallFlib.dll from USER\PRG0\APL and USER\PRG1\APL to SD root.

3. Remove SD card from AVIC and edit RenewallFlib.dll from USER\PRG0\APL and USER\PRG1\APL as per monsterF9's guidance on a PC.

4. Insert SD card with edited RenewallFlib.dll from USER\PRG0\APL and USER\PRG1\APL back into AVIC.

5. Delete RenewallFLib.dll from USER\PRG0\APL and USER\PRG1\APL on AVIC.

6. Paste edited RenewallFlib.dll from SD card into USER\PRG0\APL and USER\PRG1\APL.

7. Remove SD card format it and copy Update, FIRMWARE and CARDINFO.cif onto it.

8. Insert SD card into AVIC and turn on ignition. Follow onscree instructions where you'll be prompted to enter a password. Enter PASSWORDPASSWORD

9. Sit back and wait for 25 minutes whilst the unit updates.

 

I needed to edit RenewallFlib.dll from  USER\PRG1\APL.

 

By the way, NAVI.exe from 2013 for skip warning works fine in 2015 as well. Only remove NAVI.exe from USER\PRG0\APL in your 2015 version and copy the NAVI.exe (pionnara mod version for 2013 version).

Not working on F930bt.

Did only change on PRG0.

Any tips? 

Why aren't we posting the password in this forum? Now every ask true pm and gets it... so whats the difference?

Search on pioneer site for updates and install them.

It worked on my f930bt when i installed 2013 maps. I got the same loop.

I updated radio update and then the problem was solved.

Maybe try the last updates, if you already instaled them, again.

Let me know if it worked.

I've updatet now back to 2013 (what ever i did wrong befor)

Now i have Reboot till i have to select the Language (see the Screen 2 sec.) and reboot again and again and....

but found no tutorial to fix this, have anyone a link or...?

I had the same problem on my F930bt.

I solved it by installing the "radio update" from de pioneer website.

Today tried with all adjustments to my F940BT he asked the password and started again, then asked again the pasword. new attempt tomorrow.

 

Vandaag geprobeerd met alle aanpassingen op mijn F940BT hij vroeg het password en starte opnieuw op en vroeg toen weer het pasword. morgen nieuwe poging.

Heb je precies gedaan zoals de laatste guide ?

i run 2011 maps can i just go to the 2015 map update? or do i have to do the 2013 update first?

I first install 2013 maps, and all the updates available ad pioneer website for my f930bt.

I dit the updates after i install 2013 because my unit was rebooting all the time. After "radio update" it was fixed.

And then i installed 2015 maps.

I think you have to make sure that you have all the updates from the pioneer site and then install maps 2015.

Today i tried it too, and got it working on a F930bt (dutch).

Did all of accept the modded CARDINFO.cif.

Maybe it's possible to install the firmware again from Pioneer?

Isn't HD radio not something else? zome cind of extern unit. i got the same bud everything work fine.

Bud he keeps asking put right sd in?

Then your update sd is not good.

try a "full format" of the SD card, not a quick one.

Put update back op SD en try again.

You can olso try a other SD card and do the same as above.

I got that problem with installing 2013 maps. Did it with other sd en full format and i could install.

Try full format sd card or try a different sd card and afcorse full format.

Confirm update on f930bt.

 

First I copy testmode.key onto sd.

Put in sd, boot up device. Testmode starts.

Navigate to user\prg0\apl. Copy renewallflib.dll. paste back to sd.

Take sd to pc an do the hex editing.

Paste back the edited file onto device.

Boot the device with the sd update.

When asked for password: PASSWORPASSWORD

 

I almost messed it up. When paste back renewallflib.dll, pasted it wrong place, then I hit delete on the apl dir.

Then the device diddent boot. No backup!! Made a new apl dir, pasted in renewallflib.dll. Diddent boot. Copied the apl dir from 2015 maps, pasted in the edited renewallflib.dll.... wola

So you update the device first with 2015 map before you did this al?

Seems like many are asking for passwords but no one actually said that they got the password.
